Maybe that a-hole Jonah Goldberg can write about Newt in his next column..

I did not deny that, although I'm sure I heard about it years ago. He has been hypocritical (as was and is every human I know of) for a long time now. But the Dems have reset the bar and have proven that hypocriticalness need be no impediment to political success.

And btw I heard about this time on FOX news.

My ENTIRE point or criticism was comparing it to Clinton (as many have and will, so you are not the only one).

Clinton did NOT get impeached because he got a BJ nor because of his many extrmarital affairs. This was my point.

Then why don't you tell us why he got impeached and don't say perjury. Clinton was never charged or convicted of perjury by any court.  The impeachment by the House was a political hit job plain and simple. They couldn't even get a majority vote in the Senate, much less two-thirds.

With all the other problems this nation is experiencing, I panic when that is at or near the top of the list.  

However, it has happened because conservatives think that "saving the family" will solve most problems, or at least give America a victory in the "rapture race" i.e. being able to fill heaven with white Americans when the end times come.  

Heaven, after all, should be the ideal "gated community."

A joke, of course.  Fundamentalist Christians  don't allow themselves to think it through that far.  It would be blasphemous.  But the fact that they are acting that way without thinking says something.

Do you hold these two cliches stuck together don't add up to a thought.  

Testing the waters?  Dobson's listeners are rather well tested.  Gingrich knew very well that if he came out with the right phrases, Dobson's people would have to forgive him and wish him good cheer as a religious obligation.  What testing do you see there?  He crops remorse and humbleness and confesses.  Yeah, brother.  We know committing adultery 285 times was just a mistake in judgment.  

There was no mistake.  He didn't miss the strike zone.  He didn't forget the rubber and get AIDS.  What's the mistake here?  

Now, about being upfront: maybe he knew the mistress was ready to tell?  Maybe he's pre-empting it?  The fact is, the guy has nothing to lose but his come-back opportunity. If it doesn't work, his career will be in the same place as it is now.  

I have to wonder how steamed mistresses must get when their lovers suddenly repent and treat them like a mistake: especially when none was made.

The more you learn about Newt the more fucked up he is.  His first wife was actually his high school teacher who he started an affair with while still in school and then married her at 19 when he graduated. He then served her with divorce papers while she was in the hospital for cancer treatment and then refused to pay court-ordered alimony and child support. His ex-wife and two children survived on donations from their church. This guy is way to big a piece of crap to be President.

The Newtster took the wind out of your sails BUT GOOD!!  Not that CNN MSNBC and the 3 main networks won't  question him adnausea everytime he's interviewed. But it will be ineffective.

Kinda like Bill Moyers trying to have sex with a woman.  But I digress-- [I really like that little clause].

Newtster had no chance of being president before that was even known.  SO DON'T WASTE YOUR ENERGY.  Wait a minute-- shoot your load on Newt if you want to.
