I saw a very telling shot today of a road in Texarkana where half of it's in Texas and half is in Arkansas. The half that's in Texas was snow-covered and unplowed. The half that's in Arkansas was plowed to the blacktop. And the lights were on. Because that state is part of a national grid. Texas is a failure, but now watch them blame immigrants, people from California or just about anyone but themselves.
