...be displayed in all public classrooms, from kindergartens to state-funded universities.  It's always been ruled unconstitutional but with the current Supreme Court the LA governor can't wait to spend taxpayers' money to see if the 20th time is the charm.

Do they have nothing else to waste tax payers money on? And yes, it is unconstitutional because of separation of church and state. They pull this shit whenever it is an election year.

why would anyone be surprised if they let schools do this?

They’ve also come out with a good number of unanimous rulings. I would expect this will be another one of them.
