As to the allegation that there are too few voting precincts in minority areas for the 10/7 recall Limbaugh said that location “didn’t matter since blacks and Hispanics were bused to precincts anyway”.

But being you delved into the Donovon McNabb issue, what I remember Rush saying was along the lines of "I think McNabb is an overrated QB, he's a very good athlete, but I think the media wants to see this black QB succeed" There simply was no negative comments toward Donovan McNabb personally or professionally. His comments, right or wrong, were regarding the media's coverage, or overcoverage, of a QB because he was black.
The "too stupid" comment is taken totally out of context. Rush was speaking totally tongue in cheek when he said that (I was actually listening when he said it). He was commenting on the bitching about the voting machines being too difficult for some to use coming from the libs. If anyone made a racist comment it was them.
