The issue of the validity of Mr.Kerry's swiftboat service is one that has heated up here and all over the web.  I spend some time reading many posts on many websites.  It seems that where a person stands on the issue depends upon one's politics (oh surprise!).  I found a couple of posts that I felt were of interest.  The first is a summary of archives of FBI and military records.  The second is an editorial by a person who is attacking the honesty of the swiftboat vets who campaigned against Mr.Kerry.  I am sure that all the political angles here will read what they will into both posts, but my summation of them, especially the first, is that they discuss a person who is both introspective and complex, but who does have a flare for self promotion (a trait not uncommon to politicians).
