The planes may or may not be Russian but they sure aren't US.

The tell is they have canard fins on the front fuselage. No US plane has those. Someone in Cindy's office is in trouble.

Pro-Stump groups used Russian-based footage & images (most of it stock) in several ads during the 2020 campaign, including using images of Russian fighter jets & soldiers in a "Support Our Troops" ad released on 9/11.  Links to these stories  are included in the link I've provided here.
