So, Tampa Police have finally admitted there is a serial killer in Seminole heights section.   A fourth body was found today.    They say the killer is a thin black male wearing a baseball cap!    What a lead!    He looks like an equal opportunity killer:   1. A black autistic male   2.  A white female blonde  3.  A Hispanic male   4.   Today a white male in his 60's.

First it was "random and isolated incident",  second "coincidence but may not be related",   third "looks like a shooter on the loose" and today  fourth "we have a serial killer".

TPD has closed a major highway in both directions, school bus routes are canceled, residents of Seminole Heights are told to stay home, doors locked!

So, there goes the constitutional rights of these people regarding freedom to go to  work, life, liberty and pursuit of happiness.   Forget all this, they cannot even go to work.

All because of a GUN!
