Being the President of the United States should cause some refrain from speaking out about cases that may come before a judge. President Obama was wrong to speak out about Skip Gates and Trump is equally wrong to speak out about the cases you cite.

He's not allowed to have an opinion?  Guess what after seeing what she said, how she lied about not knowing first then claiming some other nonsense, I don't doubt she likely acted criminally.  She's a serial Liar. I don't doubt for a second she wasn't using that information for political purposes.  She wasn't investigating anything. She has no role in an investigation. She doesn't write the PDB, she just reads it.  She has almost zero reason to ask for an unmasking. Do you think she's part of the FBI?  That she's going to have some superior understand of intelligence?    

Again it's Trumps opinion. People settle this kind of thing all the time. He probably did it. That doesn't mean he isn't a good person. Not that I care a wit about O'reilly.  Who cares.

 Yet, when Obama weighed in regarding what he believed happened between a police officer and a college professor, in his own home, the righties here were up in arms, claiming he should have kept his nose out of it.  
   
 How does that work? Why their moral outrage then, and none now?
