So true.  Shrub is running as if HE were the challenger, and not the incumbent.  Ignoring responsibility for his record and "looking to the future" is the only way he can run his campaign.  Have you even seen an ad where he discusses his "successes" while in office?  Of course not, because he hasn't had any.  All of Dumbya's ads are either anti-Kerry messages or "moving America forward" bullshit.  You definitely won't be seeing a Shrub ad which states:

"I've lost over 1 million American jobs, while approving the outsourcing of jobs overseas; I've presided over the worst attack on American soil, and approved an unjustified war at taxpayer expense.  I cut taxes for the rich, and raided government surpluses and social security to pay for them.  I've taken inherited budget surpluses, and turned them into deficits in less than 1 year, and into record deficits in 3 years.  I've presided over a recession and floundering stock market.  I'm the worst president this country has seen since Herbert Hoover, another fellow Republican.  Moving America down the shitter; I'm George Dumbya Shrub, and I approved this message."

Unfortunately, Dumbya has been there for 3+ years, even though he doesn't want everyone to know it because of his actual record above.  If he actually ran on his real record, then the truth would set him free (from his job), as if that is going to really matter anyway.
