Nikki Haley, pariah

Nikki doesn't have anywhere to go after tonight.  She just lost her home state by 20 points.  And that was due to crossovers from non-Republicans.  Trump got nearly 80% of Republican votes.
.
So her future is dead in the Republican party. She should have dropped out and endorsed Trump. No loyalty to the party.
.
Does anybody think she'd be welcome in the Democrat party when they couldn't count on basic party loyalty?
.
Tulsi Gabbard did it honorably.  When she dropped out of the prez race in 2019, she endorsed Biden.  She only dropped out of the Democrat party in 2020 as an independent.    There are reasons to question her commitment to conservative/libertarian ideals that would fit in the GOP (she's apparently on Trumps VP list.)  But unlike Haley she did the divorce first before moving on to the next suitor.

Thats hysterical Lester. Do you think for one second if Trump lost the nomination he would be "loyal to the party?" He would take the damn thing down with him, call the results "fake news", and call the process "rigged."
Trump could care less about the party. He ONLY cares about himself.

President Trump has received the most votes of any presidential candidate for either party in the history of the South Carolina presidential primaries.

was only able to generate 4% turnout for registered Dem voters. I think it’s going to be a close election, and voter enthusiasm could be the difference in winning and losing.

just sayin'

If that subject line was posted to General (or even PS), it would have a completely different meaning.
