Not that it matters much other than to Mueller. I doubt he will be as forgiving of Sessions 'I can't remember', or 'I can't recall!'  

1) (of Burt) Did Burt ever tell Sessions he was a lobbyist and 2) (of sessions) did Sessions know Burt was a lobbyist.
