I had a comment about the perinieum being my hot button, but I realized it was too similar to the post of Not Terrev, and decided not to look like a derivative, bogus imitative copycat.

But that gives me an idea.  Keep your eyes peeled in the next few weeks.

To further extend our agreement, you will not be require to maintain silence for longer than peace is maintained in Jerusalem... It's a safe bet that you'll never have to remain silent for more than 24hr. At least until Jesus returns, lol!

Semi-humorous aside from my childhood -- my maternal gramdmom was a phenomenally backward and superstitious immigrant from a well-known Mediterrean country, and she used to tell me, on Good Friday, that i had to maintain 3 hours of silence out of respect for the 3 hours Xrist was allegedly on the cross.  i told her, no way, just gimme the beating now and get it over with.  Then when mom and dad get home from work, they'll give me additional beatings for being so typicaly disrespectful.

They did, too.

But don't worry, he won't actually "act" on his wrath, since that would require things like "effort", "gumption", and "balls"... Which he smoked away years ago... He'll just take another power-hit off from his 3ft bong and thing really bad thoughts about you for a few minutes, then sit and scratch his ass while trying to remember why he was mad at you... Sooo  many..but one that gets me really hot and bothered..and not in THAT way ;).is BSL..and the Pit Bull or bully breed debate.

 I have 3 pit bulls at home, who are angels..and so do so many others, that I just hate the way they have been attacked by the media...not too long ago they had great reputations. I am sooo against banning of bully breeds, I think it should be on a case by case basis.

 Many times, bad dogs are the results of bad owners, and any breed of dog can bite , attack and kill their owners and other human beings.  Its not a gene the pit bull carries to be human aggressive..thats an uneducated and a retarded myth, and so is lock jaw.  There is no such thing as lock jaw.

 Truth is, any breed of dog can suffer from behavioral issues, just as we human can.  Its not a Pit Bull thing to attack people..but every time a situation is known and its a pit bull that did it, the media jumps all over it, cause its a good story!  

 I worked at a vets office, years ago..and many times the little dogs were more aggressive towards the vet staff then the big dogs were! I just really hate how misunderstood and uninformed many people are on the bully breeds.  If someone did their research on pit bulls and staffordshire terriers, they would learn that these dogs are highly adaptable to different living situations, they are awesome and gentle with children..and they are very loving, funny and loyal dogs.

 So thats what presses my hot buttons. :)

Quite frankly having a free, open, diverse press from the print,radio to the television mediums is perhaps the most important tenet in keeping our democracy strong and vibrant.  For example, without the Washington Post story on the Walter Reed Army Medical Center, their would not have been the public outrage nor would have the politicians taken action.  Since the Telecommunication Act was passed in 1996, our media has provided less and less news and information.  I could go on with my tirade, but I don't want to increase my blood pressure.
