Dearest Mentor Snake,

I took a screenshot of this! I’m at an appointment right now but this is of HUGE value!!! Thank you so much!

I have been wondering WHAT to do! I’m looking for a publishing house that has a speakers part that will set up engagements for me. So finding an agent is good guidance! I also need my manuscript screened for legal. I don’t want to get in any legal trouble for it…

THANK YOU,
Katie

Go out of your way to post you did not open the link meant you did
Too busy skiing in Vermont to open the link but not too busy to log on a fuck board, read posts and repl. What a lying sack of shit. The biggest liar to ever post on TER.

Also the tern is you are “over your skies” not skiing

Sucking up to a girl who can't even post a clickable link.
Loser sure knows how to pick 'em.

I might not have put the link in the right place. I'm so sorry Sir.

But see my attempt at posting a picture of your well thought out reply. You sure can pick 'em! I bet you were never bullied in school, snowflake.

Always looking  for and pointing out the most petty little things and makes a big deal out of it.

But what do you want for a guy who is heavy into felching and drinks green apple smoothies.

Do not let him bother you he is nothing but a wimp pretending to be a tough guy

...and he'll try and whack you with that purse of his...

Don't worry.   The liberals on here would rather attack you personally or your grammar or your lack of computer skills than the actual content.   They prove the stereotype of liberals to a T.  When they can't win a debate they have to move goal posts, nit pick something else or attack the person not content.

I had no problem clicking on her link. Just hold your finger down on the link and a “open in X” prompt pops up. Voila! The link opens.

Par for the course for old Nicky though. He’ll avoid addressing a point by diverting to format complaints, grammar comments and ad hominem insults. Unfortunately that goes with the territory of posting here.

I tried it on my iPhone - nothing.
I tried it on my laptop - nothing.

Naturally, a butt-hurt fucking moron like coCKSucker175 blames the reader rather than the poster.  The simplest thing to do is to post the link CORRECTLY, i.e., remove the 's' from 'https' to make the link blue/clickable.
Why should the reader have to work to open the link?  The poster should make it as easy as possible if they want us to know what is in the link.

Now take your finger and shove it up your ass, ChicKenShit.

.....but then again, I'm not ickydik.   Damn glad I did, she's a MAGA smokeshow!

...attributes?  I could be wrong but it appears she's a new face in the part of TER so why be so abrasive?  Why do you feel you have that right to try and drive her away from being a contributor in here?  Fear of strong women again?

But she's MAGA so naturally it's snafool's knee-jerk reaction is to pretend to take the high ground and defend her. This from one of our most toxic, hyper partisan hacks. Hypocrisy much? Holier than thou much?
Fuck off, snafool.

....was it so tough to copy/paste her link?  You are such a fucking baby.  When I saw her, it was no knee jerk reaction, it was a cock jerk reaction because she's an ebony smoke show and the MAGA hat was just gravy.  That tells me she's a strong, independent thinker as well.  It's so obvious she's the kind of woman that intimidates you, so naturally you sit safely behind your keyboard and attack.  I'm not toxic at all, ickydik, I just have no patience for limp wristed morons who try to be something they are not.  Sit down and shut up and I'll forget all about you soon enough.

Who stated the snarky by being petty and saying she can’t even post a clickable link.

Then outright insulted her by saying …sure knows how to pick em

Then you insult her by saying “Thanks for making it clear to everyone that your taste in women is about as bad as your taste in Presidents.”

You are a cowardly wimp pretending to be a tough guy who is completely insecure and intimidated by woman who disagrees with you.   And a huge Racist too.

You two are the hugest hypocrites on the planet. Not to mention mealy-mouthed buffoons with your pathetic, lie-filled white knighting.
What a ludicrous display.
Do you have the faintest clue how obvious you are?
Not to mention feeble.

You COULD be wrong?!  Seriously?!  Do you TRY to be a fucking moron or does it just come naturally to you?

How hard is it to click on "See my TER Reviews" next to her name and find out that her first review was FOURTEEN YEARS AGO?!

I'll break it down for ya.  First, my typo in writing "the" rather than "this" when I typed "...new face in the part of TER" threw you off track.  I was referring to "this" part of TER, meaning the P&R board.  Even a simpleton such as you should have figured that out but my bad.  I need to start proof reading before I hit the send button so you don't have yet another unnecessary meltdown.

Now that we've got that out of the way, I didn't pay any attention to the dates of her reviews because at this time, I'm a basic member and reading the general details didn't interest me.  For the most part, in the last year I've found plenty of other fish in other sectors of this life where the hunt is almost as fun as the conquest and by far, much more friendly on the pocketbook.  I grew out of getting off on dirty details of others activites when I stopped buying penthouse and reading the forum.  It was a little fun for the wife and I though for a while but that was way back in time.  I'm guessing it's still part of your morning tug though...

So, to me she still remains a new face in THIS part of TER.  I'm not going to waste my time scrolling her posting history to find out.

How's this...Hey Katie, if you read this, can you let us know how long you've been an active poster on TER's P&R board?  And if you could throw in something sexy, Bigpoopy can use it to give his micro shank a quick wank.

So, someone called me “snarky.” Naturally, I had to Google it to respond with some educated finesse. For the record, I wasn’t “indirect, sarcastic, or bad-tempered.” Clearly, you were just “irritated.” But hey, let’s dive into this!

In my quick reply, I simply stated, “Well I replied,” and slapped up my response. I didn’t realize that instead of engaging with the content of my post, one would focus on the formatting. Thank you to the gentlemen who stood up for me, but there’s no need! I’m not quivering in my boots or going anywhere anytime soon. If anything, I’m more engaged than ever, and I’ve found my tribe! 🌟

As a 40-year-old woman and a mother of three, it takes a lot more than someone saying I’m not their “pick” to rattle me. I stand firm in my identity. Plus, as a former sex worker, I’m in a unique position where I don’t rely on advertisements or anyone else's approval. My work is purely for room upgrades and excursions that my miserly husband won’t pay for.

I’m a traditional wife (tradwife) who doesn’t work outside the home unless I want to. My mindset and physical appearance are not up for approval from others. In truth, you mean so little to me that I almost didn’t bother to reply, except to encourage others not to waste their breath on you.

But I do have to thank you for the unexpected education. I had no clue what “felching” or “Sour Apple Smoothies” were until I crossed paths with you. You’ve certainly broadened my horizons!

While I’m not one to “yuck someone else’s yum,” let’s just say—YUCK! 😅

Be blessed, everyone! Let’s keep the conversation going and celebrate our differences!

Warmest Regards,
Katie

ummm.. to build a public following for my book release? Duh. I'm not selling ass on my website.

I actually have some experience with this. You can self-publish but it's much better to get a professional publisher. To do this you must first get a literary agent to take you on. Here's a list of sites you can use to connect with an agent. I successfully used Publishers Marketplace (see below):
To find a literary agent, use databases like QueryTracker, Duotrope, AgentQuery, and Publishers Marketplace for searchable lists, agent details, and submission tracking, while Manuscript Wish List (MSWL) helps you find agents actively seeking specific types of books, and the Association of American Literary Agents (AALA) directory lists reputable agents.
Here are some of the top sites:
QueryTracker: Offers a free database of agents, submission tracking, and a paid version for more features.
Duotrope: A subscription-based service with extensive agent/publisher listings, submission tracking, and submission statistics, including interviews with agents.
AgentQuery.com: A free, large database with detailed agent profiles, search filters, and success stories.
Manuscript Wish List (MSWL): Agents post what they're actively looking for, making it great for targeted pitches, often linked from #MSWL on Twitter.
Publishers Marketplace: Excellent for researching agents and tracking deals, though it's a paid service.
Association of American Literary Agents (AALA): A directory of established, reputable agents.
Poets & Writers Literary Agents Database: A free resource for agents representing various genres, including fiction, nonfiction, and poetry.
How to Use Them:
Research Agents: Use these sites to find agents who represent your specific book genre (e.g., fantasy, romance, memoir).
Check Wish Lists: See what agents are currently asking for on MSWL.
Track Submissions: Use tools like QueryTracker to log your queries and follow-ups.
Verify Reputability: Consult the AALA directory to ensure agents are legitimate.

Some weirdo on Reddit jumped into a Vikings QB discussion the other day about his Peanut Butter & Pets fantasies and totally hijacked the conversation.  I'm guessing it was a packers fan, they're like that.  Anyhow, as the conversation went, somebody threw out a book they had seen called 50 Shades of Canine Love.  It's a small world, man, who knew?!  ickydik actually makes sense now.

Poppa,

You cursed me! I am slowly dipping a toe back into this business. I blame you!

Love, Katie

Your posts are a welcome change from the usual drivel of TER righties who simply repeat righty talking points while sucking Trump's dick.

Poppa,

I think it's because in truth, I'm GOP rather than MAGA. But I'm just an average American... At least I was an average American -- until Trump.

Kisses,
Katie

I have been wondering WHAT to do! I’m looking for a publishing house that has a speakers part that will set up engagements for me. So finding an agent is good guidance! I also need my manuscript screened for legal. I don’t want to get in any legal trouble for it…

THANK YOU,

Just bear in mind there are several books already out there on this subject, so I suggest you read them all and then be sure yours brings something new to the table.
You should probably bring your manuscript to the point where it's as good as you can make it on your own before approaching an agent. Because they will need to see it and evaluate it before deciding to take you on.
In that regard, you may want to invest in hiring a freelance editor in order to improve the manuscript. To find one, let Goggle be your friend.

I searched the TER General Posts about writing a memoir before I posted. I got a couple of book recommendations that way.

Your post made me do an Amazon search for “Call Girl Memoir”. There are SO MANY! I guess this is a common transition for the oldest profession… But now I have a new goal. I want to be as successful as Belle du Jour! So, this is gonna be a long term process… Make room for me fellas! Looks like I'm gonna be here a while.
