Bush, Clinton, Bush 41, Reagan, and Carter the most intelligent and the one able to handle complex facts - is Clinton.

Comon you freaking Republicans... can't we do better?! yikes....

No one ever claimed that we elect the best person for the job. We elect the most likable person. Or should I say: Most liked by the majority. Many times, the best person is not the best politician.

That Clinton was able to handle complex facts is doubtful, but he was not able to accomplish much other than rubber stamp the Republican Congress tax cuts, NAFTA, etc. What programs did he initiate that are successful?

Carter, as an engineer, was probably best able to process complex facts, but what a disaster he was! Intelligence and fact processing ability do not equate to successful presidents.

I have Clinton down as not very bright especially in the common sense department..He proved he is a liar so who knows if he cheated his way through school or not..A lot of you like to mock me since I didn't make it through ninth grade but I would have to dumb myself down quite a bit to lie to the F.B.I.....

The only thing Clinton was successful at was talking his ass out of trouble.  The guy has no accomplishments or legacy to speak of.  Every success he claims was pushed down his throat by Gingrich.

because he had the same damn intelligence as Bush, the same access to the advice of others and he chose to keep the lid on the mid-east by NOT taking Saddam out, much as Bush 41.... sometimes you can learn from the success of the past as well as the failure....   but GW?  he learns from neither...

And while things seem to be going better, once our asses are outta there - what do you think is gonna happen on the Iraq Iranian border?  or the Turkey Iraqi border?  What a frickin mess.
