Ukraine is absolutely one of these most corrupt countries on earth. They were never an ally of ours. When the Soviet Union broke up they had two air craft carriers. One stayed with Russia and the other went to Ukraine. Ukraine sold theirs to China. Ukraine is not our ally and vert corrupt.
