The joke is Repubscums

They just allowed the Bug Bank lobbyists to include legislation allowing big banks to trade derivatives with public money and keep profits and told them, if you collapse the economy, like you did in 2008, we will rescue you with tax payer money.

No Repubscum has the moral tight to claim fiscal responsibility or tax reform. They are against the American Public.
