...and despite that they have much to disagree with politically, everyone seemed to warmly welcome RFK, Jr. Why? The answer is simple. Honest people can agree to disagree, but they're engaging in the exchange of ideas in an honest and open manner. At some people, people know this. They can sense it. They can feel it in their bones. And when the establishment spouts off about how RFK Jr. is the worst thing that's ever happened since yesterday, everyone knows what's up. As always, the establishment is lying. About what? About everything. And this is why RFK Jr. has so much appeal. No one takes the establishment seriously anymore. They've lost their credibility so long ago, that every thing they say now sounds like the insane ramblings of a schizophrenic hobo who trying to convince you that your neighbor's dog is the reincarnation of Elvis. No one needs pay them any mind.

If the Republicans nominate Trump and the Dems nominate Biden, the No Labels party will put unity Dem and Republican on the general election ballot (most likely Joe Manchin and Larry Hogan).

I'm part of the more than 60% of Americans who believe that the country cannot afford a Donald Trump vs. Joe Biden rematch in 2024. It's time to take the concerns of the American people seriously.
The nonpartisan citizens group No Labels is working on a “break glass in case of emergency” plan for 2024 that involves adding a third option on the presidential ballot in all 50 states, which will only be used if a majority of voters are dissatisfied with the two major party nominees. In that case, No Labels would give its ballot line to a unity ticket featuring a Republican and a Democrat willing to put the country first by running together
Why are these groups so desperate to stop No Labels?

It’s because they benefit the most from the broken status quo. Groups such as the Lincoln Project raise millions of dollars from the rage industrial complex against Donald Trump. In the 2022 election, Democratic groups in Washington spent millions propping up election deniers in states across the country, including in my state of Maryland.

The truth is there is more that unites us as Americans than that which divides us. It’s time to put aside all the political nonsense and start solving our biggest challenges and healing our country.

This might be terrifying to some in Washington, but – to most Americans – it’s just common sense.

Larry Hogan is a former governor of Maryland and a national co-chair of No Labels.

because they're more likely to draw votes from Biden than Trump. And you love Trump, even if you won't admit it.

If I “loved” Trump, why would I support DeSantis?

And I think it’s too early to say No Labels pulls more votes from Biden than it does Trump.  I saw one poll where Biden did worse against Trump head to head (Trump +2) than he did in a 3 way contest of Trump, Biden and West (Trump and Biden tied). That indicates to me that a strong third party candidate in 2024 might hurt Trump more than Biden.

and push back against Dem lies.  If you think that = supporting Trump, you’re sadly mistaken.

Have I supported Trump in the past? Yes. Do I support him now? No, I’m in the DeSantis camp.

If you don't support Trump then why do you continually support his positions?
PS: if you support DeSantis then you support a loser.

Yes I agree with some of his positions. Doesn’t mean I want him to be President.

DeSantis a loser?  You sound like a Trumper right now. The guy’s a 3 time winner who turned a purple state to red.

a nearly 30-point deficit in the polls. What else would you call that but a loser?

Fair point. But he’s got a solid ground game going in Iowa and we haven’t had any debates yet. I see him moving up in the polls. He’s definitely got to start weeding out the other candidates and really make it a Trump vs DeSantis contest.

Be careful measuring DeSantis as a loser based on just the polls. By that measure you’re implying that Trump’s a winner!

His so-called ground game sucks. He has no empathy with people and they know it. He's going nowhere.
Trump probably is a winner, at least as far as the GOP nomination goes.

Biden polling behind both Trump and DeSantis in a head to head matchup, so it doesn't seem to matter which one is the eventual nominee.

C'mon, man! It's more than a year before the election. Polls are meaningless. I know from past behavior you can't help yourself, but.....

Especially 15 months before the next election!

crooked carnival pulling up stakes and leaving town in the middle of the night, you’ll go crawling back to the Trump camp.

that has the cajónes to call out the Covid insanity that the Dems put us through while being true to his party on traditional Dem issues.
