Remember when all you righties predicted big indictments from Durham?

Another nothing burger....From The NY Times:
"WASHINGTON — When John H. Durham was assigned by the Justice Department in 2019 to examine the origins of the investigation into the 2016 Trump campaign’s ties to Russia, President Donald J. Trump and his supporters expressed a belief that the inquiry would prove that a “deep state” conspiracy including top Obama-era officials had worked to sabotage him.

Now Mr. Durham appears to be winding down his three-year inquiry without anything close to the results Mr. Trump was seeking. The grand jury that Mr. Durham has recently used to hear evidence has expired, and while he could convene another, there are currently no plans to do so, three people familiar with the matter said.

Mr. Durham and his team are working to complete a final report by the end of the year, they said, and one of the lead prosecutors on his team is leaving for a job with a prominent law firm.
Over the course of his inquiry, Mr. Durham has developed cases against two people accused of lying to the F.B.I. in relation to outside efforts to investigate purported Trump-Russia ties, but he has not charged any conspiracy or put any high-level officials on trial. The recent developments suggest that the chances of any more indictments are remote."

are futile under the present DOJ and the Leftie jury pool available in the DC circuit.  Losing the case against Hillary's lawyer was the bellwether.  The Jury foreman was even quoted as saying, "with all of the bad things going on in the world, lying to the FBI doesn't seem like a big deal."  The criminal charge was lying to the FBI, the jury foreman agrees he did it, but they still judged him not guilty.  Of course, the jury included some Clinton donors.  For Democrats, lying under oath is just a normal part of politics, and the DC jury confirmed that.  What is the point of proceeding against any other defendants when the fix is in like that?

And as for lying to the FBI, that's what Trump's lawyers did about the stolen documents at Mar-a-Lago.

Cohen was NOT convicted of lying to the FBI. He was convicted of lying to Congress and of campaign finance charges.
Trump's lawyer, Ms. Bobb, however, clearly LIED to the FBI in a letter she signed last summer swearing there were no more government documents in Mar-a-Lago.
You have now stepped on your own dick so many times it must be rather bruised.

Bruised or not, it still manages to find its way into provider pussy three times a week.  When was the last time you got some.  You seem a little uptight lately.  

 
My understanding is that the Bobb letter said there were no more documents that REMAIN classified, and I think that is a point of contention between the parties.  Why haven't they charged her yet?  Answer:   Because I'm right, you're not.

As for the Bobb letter, no one has yet produced ANY evidence that the MANY Classified and Top Secret documents at Mar-a-Lago were ever properly declassified. Lots of former Trump Administration employees have testified they never heard or saw ANY standing order or witnessed any declassification processes. Do you still think that if Trump waved his hand over a document and said, "I declassify thee" that would work? LMAO.

Bobb has already hired an attorney (MAGA = Making Attorneys Get Attorneys). She will almost certainly have to talk to DoJ about that claim and who told her that there were no more documents. Corcoran may also have to get an attorney.

Cry me a river. When you lose an election you say it was stolen. When you are being investigated by Congress or a special prosecutor you say it's a witch hunt. When you get searched by the FBI you say it's political persecution. When a trump administration DOJ grand jury investigation goes nowhere you say the fix is in. Boohoo. Poor baby. Man up and admit the Durham investigation was impotent and failed to discover any Democratic "deep state" conspiracy against trump. But of course you won't do that.
