reflecting on the class war during this election

There is a difference between rich and wealthy.  And the main difference between a person that was born with the silver spoon and the person that worked for his.  The person that worked for his tends to be more generous, and not forgetting to help his friends and family that have also helped him get to where he is.  The silver spoon child tends to worry and fear more about losing his money, and will even have spats with other family members over money,  than the person that works and knows there is more to be made.  I say tax the top 1%, they can afford it!  They showed us that by donating 6 Billion to the election.  And what a charade by the news media to try to make us believe the poor got us into this mess.  Americans are tired of the wars, and the wars with each other.  Mitt didn't win because he didn't represent everybody.  And the republican party was split with those of us who heard the truth from Dr. Paul and saw what a fraud the GOP is and didn't even show up to vote.

We should stop all welfare programs and unemployment benefits. He'll, Obama raised a crap load of money, so by your logic, those folks don't need the help.

I'm sorry, but I am sick of hearing how the rich can "afford it". The top 1% are paying 37%of the bill. If we had any real character, we would be ashamed of ourselves for not carrying more of our own weight.

The rich are sitting on their money or shipping it overseas because this president is addicted to spending and anti-business.

Been saying this for 4 fucking years and you are just figuring this out!!!   Really sucks for you when the real world kicks the shit up of your liberal ideology.

just consider this, while you and me may be able to drop $275 on one cart of groceries, most of my friends are struggling and clipping coupons.  No wonder they need some help, don't qualify and are angry.  Goldman Sachs and Wall Street and republicans degulating the banks.  It's greed gone wild.  Let's come back to reality.

Yup your right again,  Laffy,  the market is doing great on "OUR DIME"  its all institutional money,  mainly,  the banks,  sure they paid the TARP money but only with MORE GOVERNMENT LOANS.  They are using that money to invest in the markets and to buy up more real estate, heck down here,  the only building going on are the NEW BANKS,  every corner.

Libs won't ask themselves, "what can we learn from these people?".

Instead of reading 7 Habits of Highly Successful People or The Millionaire Next Door, they will still be reading Karl Marx and listening to Jay-Z rap about Bitches, Hos, and Honkeys and chanting Hope and Change!

and you are right, things are tough. I also believe we are too rich a country NOT to have a safety net. Problem is too many people want to use it like a hammock.

And if you propose anything like have welfare recipients take drug tests or possibly due some type of public works if they are eligible, somehow you suddenly are a racist (have not figured that one out yet).

I actually have a TON OF RESPECT for the ladies in this industry. They are actually working a very risky profession so they can provide for themselves and often others.

I would never suggest getting rid of the safety net, but pinning conditions is only common sense.

I allways do. I also think it is awaste of money to drug test wellfare recipients. I also think it is a waste of corporate funds to drug test employees.

The cheapest thing to do would be legalize all drugs. I'd give people all the drugs they can possibly use. I'd encourage people to OD, if they wanted to "let em die".

It's not a surprise that people on welfare use drugs less often than the general population.

But so long as we're busy humilating the poor, why don't we humilate the rich too, since they get a ton more gov't money.

How about before ExxonMobil can get more tax payer subsidies, Willy Nelson gets to take a shit in the mouths of Exxon's executive board.

How about the we make it a law that no one is allowed to wear a suit while working on the NYSE. Instead everyone will be required to wear a clown suit. They can still wear a suit and tie, but they gotta pay a 95% capital gains tax.

Most heroien addicts I have come across. Sell there food cards for drug and spending money. They don't care about eating. They can allways, shop lift food it's not as easy to shop lift heroien.

Then in the event that no one will buy your food card. You can buy cigarettes at the corner store, it is ilegal to sell cigarettes and charge them to a food card, but most shop keepers don't care. Than you can sell those cigarettes for a dollar less out side of the corner store. Who don't like to save a dollar?

Then we have the SSI beneficiaries who get a check, and medicare who pay for their perscription opioid addictions. No one will touch that issue too much big pharmacy money to be lost.

Here goes, were they shipping the money overseas before Obama? HELL YES!!!

Why, because the US tax code is crossing from regulatory to confiscatory. They send money where it will make the MOST ROI and pay the LESS TAXES. Liberals scream about raising taxes, but NEVER think about these consequences.

My whole point is not that Obama is going to remain in office, the projections are this government pattern will only accelerate, therefore, sending the money overseas and sitting on it will as well.

THESE ARE THE CONSEQUENCES OF LIBERAL POLICIES!! Must suck for you when the real works kicks the shit out of your liberal ideology.

To try to say drugs agree expensive so people on Welfare can not afford them is just stupid.

I always remember when they interviewed this lady on welfare who was living in government housing. They did the interview next to her 60" big screen television!!

BTW, when you say subsidies, do you mean tax breaks? I have told you before, I do not equate someone trying to keep money they have earned legally with someone wanting to be given something they have not earned.

all those elitists bankers and wall street should be prosecuted.  and some kind of regulations have to be set so these too big to fail banks don't rob everyone again.  And not only that, people need to take personal responsibility for the debt they created, and work theirselves out of it and quit blaming.
