In response to a post lower down titled "Bush dropping in polls " posted by Moose.
I saw this article in the New York Post, thought I would share. I copied and pasted may favorite parts!
"Now, with Bush showing surprising resiliency in the face of probably the most politically damaging months of his presidency, some Democrats are starting to push the panic button. "
"The New York Times front-pages party worries that its presumptive nominee is "struggling to find a theme." The Village Voice showcases a demand that "John Kerry Must Go." The Washington Post asks, "Is It Too Soon to Panic? Evidently Not." "
Moose I find it interesting that Bush's numbers have fallen to the level that elected Bill Clinton. And with Ted Kennedy touting that our military is just as bad as Saddam Hussein, Bush will bounce back in no time.
Here's one for EVodka, its a conspiracy theory that Bill Clinton is pulling strings to keep Bush in office so that Hillary won't have to run against a Dem in the primary in 2008. It would be one way to explain the complete idiocy of so many Democrat Senators, could they possibly think they are helping Kerry? I sure hope so.

The New York Times, The Village Voice and the Washington Post. Not that I think that anyone of them are "reputable", but I have no doubt that you consider them the Three Gospels according to Lenin.
He is the most anti-Libertarian President in U.S. history. He believes in Profligate Liberal spending, along with evangelical invasive social policies, which is the worst combination I can fathom.
I agree with you that the Village Voice is a Liberal Rag. They dislike Kerry because he's too centrist for them. No loss.
The New York Times and the Washington Post are the papers of record in this country. The fact is, they are rightfully concerned that Kerry has not articulated his own vision and message, but rather, has let the Bushies like yourself create a false one somewhat unopposed. But there is an existence proof that Kerry is a late bloomer on the campaign trail. In the Primaries, it appeared that Dean would win in a romp, but Kerry came on late as Dean self-destructed. The same thing is obviously happenning in the general election, as Bush continues to demonstrate to more and more people that he's unqualified for the job (despite his own perception of his own infallibility), and this Iraq fiasco drags him further down, Kerry will certainly be viewed by most Americans the only qualified choice in the race, and will win with relative ease and by virtual default, just as he did in the primaries. There are too many voters who are NOT right wing ideologues, who, at the end of the day, will have no choice but to conclude from the evidence at hand that the Bush Presidency has been a catastrophy for this nation, and must be rejected at all costs.
