She's a long-time Trump loyalist who got an illegal $25K contribution from Trump's charity at a time when her office was investigating Trump University. I doubt that will stop her nomination from succeeding.
Unlike Gaetz, however, she's clearly qualified for the job.

There is much speculation about where Gaetz may land. The two suggestions that make the most sense to me are 10 taking Rubio's place as Senator from Florida, or 2) Chief of Staff for AG Bondi, which is a position that does not require Senate confirmation.  This would allow Gaetz to be Bondi's hatchet man and pursue Trump's goal of rooting out and firing the corrupt individuals in the DOJ.  Bondi puts up a classy and respected front while Gaetz does the dirty work.  They should have thought of this first.  It's a better plan than wrestling with the skeptics over Gaetz's confirmation.  

Someone needs to get the rot out our the next time the Dems get the Whitehouse the lawfare will resume. We need a pitbull in there.
