I've never been suspended so what you claim to know is 100% wrong. But hey being 100% wrong has never stopped you before. Anyone, like you, who claims to know everything knows nothing, and your buffoonery is on full display. Plus, despite your earlier denial, you have confirmed that you called me a stalker and a troll. So in summary you are 100% wrong. Maybe you should take a break and and start over. I don't expect you to apologize to me but you should apologize to the board for wasting their time with your lies.
In March, 2020, Chuck Schumer said of Justices Kavanaugh and Gorsuch: “You’ve released the whirlwind and you will pay the price.”
No one was arrested for threatening Kavanaugh and Gorsuch. But in February, 2025, FIVE YEARS LATER, Trump’s DOJ opened an investigation into Schumer’s remark. FIVE YEARS LATER!!!!!
It was perfectly fine to enact Lawfare against Trump but now that he’s doing it… dems are screaming like scalded cats.
PS it’s funny that both Fannnni Willis and “Tish” James are themselves both scammers and grifters.
Willis paid her boyfriend fuck tons of money so he could take her on a bunch of expensive vacations scamming the people of Georgia out of hundreds of thousands of dollars…
Then “Tish” uses false hoods to apply for loans to buy investment houses and even claimed… what was it her daddy was her husband?
You can’t make this shit up.
Que Jabba to scream that I’m a racist for pointing out two black women prosecutors are corrupt. 🤷🏻♂️

is his typical righty confusion about "lawfare," another word mis-used by that crowd. Like true Trump-bots they claim Trump was unfairly abused by the criminal justice system so that justifies his completely politicizing the Justice Dept. to go after his perceived enemies.
This is a classic Trumpian ploy he learned from the Satanic Roy Cohn: accuse your enemies of doing exactly what you intend to do (or ARE doing). Trump is the master of it. And toads like Loser obediently repeat his lies, helping him turn lies into truth. They shrink from the fact that Trump was convicted by juries of his peers. If the charges amounted to "lawfare" why were they so persuasive to juries of ordinary Americans?

Funny they go after spelling mistakes or grammar. But not the content.
Yep.... James and Schiff are getting looked at for mortgage issues where they lied on federal forms. (same thing they went after Trump).
Fanni.... getting in trouble for misuse of funds/rico type violations.... Same things she tried to go after Trump.
I know people will say.... BUT BUT BUT..... They were personal form Trump was doing on Business for overvaluing millions or billions etc. The nuts and bolts of it was HE LIED ON FEDERAL FORMS.... that is what they got him for. Yes it was the over valuation.... but it was because it was on federal forms. Same goes for those two. Just like if you or me fill out asset evaluation forms for a bank to get a line of credit or loan. If they ask how much you have in an account, value of home, value of stocks, etc. If you are off by $1.... it is technically LYING on a federal form. Yeah they wont throw the book at you. But by the letter of the law they could. It is like going 1 MPH over the speed limit.... technically you are breaking the law. but will you get a ticket... odds are NO.
Now is it petty what is happening to these people........ maybe.... depends how much they all profited, lied, scammed, etc. If it is in millions or is it in hundred?
These are plainly political bit jobs ordered by trump against these two perceived enemies. I can explain further, but I doubt you MAGA types care about anything but retribution.
Are they?
The Fanni one will be the interesting one for sure. Since the voter stuff and whistle blowers have come out. If her name is involved with that.
Schiff.... not sure if his immunity covers him or not.... It might seem petty. But isn't it breaking the law?
James...... The issue is it is the exact same thing she went after Trump. So how can you go after someone for the exact crime you committed?
Here is one that honestly pisses me off. Lying in front of congress is against the law (sworn testimony). Yet many people do it nonstop. WHY THE FUCK ARE THEY NOT GOING AFTER THEM. This isn't a right vs left thing. This is our political system and how fucked it is. These people on both sides get caught lying and nothing happens.

I DID "go after "the content." And totally took apart the misuse of "lawfare."
I guess you were napping.
Not even close.
All seven causes of action were brought under the New York “PERSISTENT FRAUD” business statute. The AG alleged over 200 false and misleading statements in various financial statements over a ten year period. Trump made $355 million in interest savings and property sales facilitated by the false statements. There’s Bernie Madoff (billions) and then Trump whose liability is now up to half a billion thanks to judgment interest, although I expect some reduction on appeal. Does this sound even remotely comparable to the alleged misrepresentations of residence in a few consumer loan applications? What did they save? A couple thousand?
And where do you get that the “nuts and bolts” of how the AG “got Trump” was because he lied on FEDERAL FORMS? There were no federal charges, most of the forms were private party forms, and proving the use of federal forms had nothing to do with the state causes of action. Schiff used Freddy MAC or Fanny Mae mortgage applications which opens the door to wire fraud and mail fraud.
Petty? Not as to Trump.
They tried to get him on federal charges. Statute of Limitations ran out. Which is why they had to go after him with state charges.
Now to explain why they all could be FEDERAL Charges.
But one of the charges of Trumps was because he "overvalued" assets to gain "favorable" loan terms. The value of Mar-A-lago, the apartment, etc. Lied about size of apartment, etc. Yeah that was one of the charges. You know why.... those forms were used to get a that were BACKED BY THE FDIC. A business form... a financial statement he filled out or his business filled out... yeah it was a 10 year period. So they used forms to "defraud" to get federal loan or federal backed loan.
Also many of your "private" or "personal" party forms are still federal forms if they are used to get loans. Since loans are backed by FDIC. Look at fine print on those forms... if it says FDIC on it. I looked at one I fill out for my bank I fill out every year. I just need to list my personal assets, accounts, etc. Guess what... fine print... FDIC. All this form is info they want on file.
So what did Schiff and James do.... LIE ON A FEDERAL FORM. Any loan applications for homes are federal forms since loans are backed by the FDIC. LIke you mentioned... if they used a Feddy or Fanny loan or application it could be even worse.... and if wire fraud is an issue....ie: across state lines. Yes just moving money gained by lying on an application from one state to another via wire transfer is wire fraud.
You are talking about interest on his what is owed? His fines? Or interest in what he saved via getting these loans? Loan terms are actually negotiable... yeah. YOu can go into your banks and negotiate any loan you want... doesn't mean you are going to get it. Also the rate at which the fed will secure it and amount is a different story. Also depends if it will be an in house loan or how the loan is backed.

“to defraud to get federal loans or federal backed loans” of over 200 million?
Sorry, I am not following you at all on this. What do you mean "backed"? The FDIC insures deposits up to $250,000. If they insure business loans by a German bank over 200 million, that would be news to me. Maybe you were thinking of the SBA which does guaranty a percentage of small business loans – but I think the limit there is $150,000 – the German loans were way over that amount. I still can’t find any federal nexus at all.
As to your question, the interest I was talking about was pre- judgment interest on the $355 million judgment and post- judgment interest (9%) on the total judgment. One interesting side note is that, unless the Appellate Division enters judgment – not withstanding the verdict – for Trump (I’m hoping the dashes will keep one of our favorite posters from another hopelessly confused meltdown), they are royally screwing Trump by taking so long to decide the case. He is paying nearly $12,000 a day in interest. If he follows his usual playbook and appeals to the Court of Appeals and then petitions SCOTUS on some excessive fines due process theory, we could be looking at a nearly a billion dollar judgment unless reduced.
