McCain is the only Republican that stands a chance of winning  - yet he's an outcast in his own party because he hasn't figured how to talk out of both sides of his mouth as well as the Cheney-Bush machine, ie, pimping the redneck-Jesus crowd to go to war, while also pushing the Wall Street/free trade agenda.  McCain can't control the wingnut Jesus Republicans, many of whom are crazy-ass Latter-Day KKK.

The Democrats are ALWAYS divided, from wacko Nader on one extreme to politics-as-usual Clinton on the other.  NOBODY can control the Democratic Party.  Thankfully, most of them are too fucking lame to be a serious threat.

The way the economy is going, with gas going up, and even the banks spazzing out about foreclosures, McCain is going to be dead dry meat.  You Republicans will never figure out that when you point to a high Dow, that does not impress a fellow who is scared of losing his job.   Of course, you're also pretty fucking stupid to think you can fight 2 wars without asking how you think you're going to finish them, or pump up a mortgage industry on the theory that there is always a greater fool to buy your tulips.

So who knows what will happen?  The Federal Washington bureaucracy is the most stable element of the government these days - and half of them are geniuses, but the other half are mendacious, drooling morons, and you can't have more than maybe 2-5% of morons before a program starts collapsing.

Yes, you are right, that there will be a lot of shit about Obama's skin color and middle name, and that will be pretty much because the GOP has been feeding its trolls for 40 years.  

It's a sad fucking day when the DEMOCRATS are the party of responsibility, but that's the way it's been since Reagan.

As opposed to playing the old worn out race card, how about admitting that Obama is not qualified to be President.
