Big deal. There are other ways to make your assault rifle fully automatic. Even if they are included in any bill it won't do jack squat. Especially if there are no improvements in background checks, mental health, high-capacity magazines, etc. So this joke of a bill will allow politicians to pose for the cameras and pretend they did something. And the next massacre will happen anyway. Hell, there's already a data base of AR purchases but the data isn't organized by purchaser, so no one knew the LV shooter had bought more than 30 guns in the past year.
