Forget ‘Never Trumpers’ — More Voters Now Say They’ll Never Vote For Biden

Among likely voters living in six key swing states, 51% say there’s “not really any chance” they’d vote for Biden, compared to just 46% saying the same thing about former President Donald Trump, according to a May poll conducted by The New York Times and Siena College
The Washington Post reports this trend follows several polls going all the way back to November 2023.  

Polling brings more bad news for Biden:
Biden had an approval rating of just 38.7% as of May 17, making him less popular at this point in his presidency than every president since Harry Truman, according to FiveThirtyEight’s running average of polls.

Trump led Biden there on the RCP by 5 just 3 months ago. The election will be won or lost in PA, MI and WI.

Running some electoral scenarios. Some polling is better for Biden than it was, but bare in mind, not by much. So in playing around with the poll results of every state, and then looking at possible scenarios, this is what I find.  

 
Biden MUST win Minnesota.
Biden MUST win Wisconsin.  
Biden MUST win Michigan.  
Biden MUST win Pennsylvania.  
Biden MUST win Maine.  

 
If Biden loses any of these states, he loses the election.
