The judge has some good points in his ruling. I think the Trump Administration should go to Congress and request new legislation to facilitate deportation of illegals, specifically focused on gang members and criminals. This would serve two purposes. The first would be to limit the ability of the legislative branch to interfere with the deportation efforts. Secondly, Dems would likely oppose and black any deportation legislation. Getting Dems on record as voting in support of illegal criminals could be helpful for Republicans in upcoming elections.
