Another example of what happens when Democrats are called to speak extemporaneously without a script.  Schumer has been speaking publicly for 40 years, and he sounds like a rookie.  Maybe he didn't want to show up Maxine Waters, who's another shining example of Dem incompetence.

And it appears he thinks he is doing a great job, just like he thinks he is doing a great job protesting like he thinks he is doing a great job in the senate , when he has actually failed at all of it
