I'm sure Priapus can speak for himself, but IMO he sucked up to Fox merely by agreeing to go on Bloviator O'Reilly's show.  Not to mention sitting still for Rude Bill's continually talking over him and finishing his sentences for him.  Of course, he does that to all his guests.
