Palin: Obama's 3 a.m. call went to answering machine.

Does this dumbass know that the President gets daily NSC and Intelligence Briefings that he is not supposed to share with ordinary people like her?

I wonder what sort of people pay her to come and speak at their event and still wonder what sort of people go to listen to her.

I guess you know the "Speaker's Corner" in Hyde Park in London.   Anyone and everyone can go there, stand up and speak on anything.   Why not her supporters buy her a one way ticket to London so she can go the Speaker's corner and blurt out her stupidity?   I promise there will be people there to listen.

I went once in 2006 and spoke about our FKK clubs and there were 30 people listening to me.

Palin's comment was a take-off on a Clinton 2008 campaign ad. Either follow along or wait until you are up to speed to avoid making stupid comments.

I was aware of the reference and it still sounded like a dumb comment to me.  Basically, it's the only kind of comment Palin can make.  But I'm really rootin' for her to run for  Prez.  The giant train wreck will be so much fun to watch.  I assume, Mr. President, you are rooting for her, too, because a Palin presidential run is your best hope for re-election!

She had less than $1 million net worth and at the end of 2010 her net worth shot up to $12 million. Not bad for two years of ranting.

Now tell who are the dumb asses.

That is exactly what I said.  It is also called "make hay when the sun shines".    I hope all good things will come to an end at some point.   If BHO gets re-elected in 2012, I guess she will go away!

...At her core she is nothing more than a relentless self-promoting grabber.  Even when she loses in 2012 she won't give up.  She'll create a narrative about how she was victimized (remember how she portrayed herself as a victim when she bailed as Gov. after only half her term?).  Then, like AH-nold, she'll be Baaack!  Which is good news for Democrats.  She and the other Tea Partiers are marginalizing the Republican Party.

the people here that piss, and moan, bitch and malign about Fox News. Do all of you actually watch it, and if you do....WHY? Or, do you reinforce each other's opinions about Fox by your constant ranting and raving, but yet you are clueless as to what actually transpires on that channel? I don't watch it, but I'm curious as hell why you do, if you do.

I can't say much about Olbermann because I stopped watching him when he was on ESPN. He was a pig headed asshole there, and I can imagine he hasn't changed much.

Here's why I occasionally watch Fox News.  Because I really want to know how the opposition thinks.  But after a little while (unless its Sheppard Smith or Brett Baier) I get nauseous and turn the channel.  Now, I'm not a fan of CNN either.  It's boringly risk-averse.  Or MSNBC.  Too predictable.  But Fox News is a joke;  designed completley to preach to its right-wing choir.  At its worst CNN was never as blatantly biased as Fox News, imo.  I was in the cable industry when Fox was started.  Murdoch, one of the most conservative media execs since Hearst, brought in Roger Ailes, a longtime Republican operative to create a conservative-biased news org.  He succeeded brilliantly and made Murdoch more millions.  And yes, Ted Turner, founder of CNN, is an unabashed liberal and one-worlder and CNN still reflects that.  They're doing poorly in the middle ground, except when things like Cairo come up and everyone goes back to them because they're the only real international news org on TV.

Not buying it. You're saying that in the course of one month (the end of 2010 in December until now) she made $11 million? I don't think so. Better re-check your calendar.

that's not what he says at all, and for once he has a valid point. Sarah Palin is getting rich, she has stretched her fifteen minutes of fame into a pretty damn good career for herself.
