Say something silly, watch lefties interpret it in the worst way imaginable, they end up freaking out about it and sounding completely psychotic, Trump then says, "look at the lefties, they're crazy" and it gives him more leverage to get things done that he wants to get done. Works like a charm every time, and the Dems still fall for it, every single time.

I don’t know why Welker would waste interview time talking about it. That said, I think two terms is enough.

How about a "Back Door" Presidency? Simply, Vance is elected President, and he appoints Trump as "Special Adviser to the President", similar to Musk, and outside of the government structure. Trump calls the shots, and Vance jumps, asking "How high?" on the way up.

First he tries to minimize the importance of Trump's statement by calling it a "waste" of interview time. So I guess we should all know better than to take Trump's statement seriously even when he says he's "not joking?"
And, as ed pointed out, there's a way to do it without violating the law.

…or in the state legislatures to overturn the 22nd Amendment? I don’t think so. It’s a joke. He can’t run again.

Yes, it’s a waste of time to make that an interview subject. Yes, it generates headlines. Yes liberals are overreacting.

In such a scenario, why would the most powerful man on earth (JD Vance as President), voluntarily GIVE AWAY all that power to another person (A TERM LIMITED TRUMP)?

You’re really earning your “stupidest poster on the board” status.

your pal The SPOAT has that all locked up.
Second of all, ed's idea isn't stupid. So why would Vance do it? Simple. MONEY. He's already pals with Peter Thiel and other multi-billionaires. So what if several of them told Vance they'd pay him $10 billion? Easy for them. Besides, Vance figures, at his point Trump would be 82. What are the odds he'd even be able to serve out another term?
So Vance would go from Hillbilly to Hill-Billionaire.
Be careful who you call stupid, Wanker.
You're not very bright yourself.
Wise up, Wanker.

Just look at you lefties twist yourselves into Pretzels over this... This is some serious rationalization going on here. "Whhaaaatttt iiiiiFFFF we offer Vance BILLIONS to let Trump run the show?

Seriously, are you even listening to yourselves?

BTW Trump is still under the 100-day mark, but I haven't seen him unveil  the swastica flags from the second story of the white house yet or invoke martial law and KILL WOMEN as you lefties were screaming right before the election.

Unless we stopped them by any means necessary. These racist cowards are spooked by the rumors of the "Browning of America ", which is the driving force behind their so called "project  2025. So they are moving at breakneck speed to see what irreversible damage they can do.

The good thing is that most of the shit Trump is doing can be reversed by the next Democratic president, is he/she chooses to. Mid term is in two years and those who are  up for reelection might be in for a ass whipping.  Thus the reason for the cowardly wishlist third term bullshit talk.

You will sooner see a third Trump term than, ohhhh I don't know, reparations for slavery?

P.S. It would seem the only actual racist on this board, BTW is you boooooobie!

elected Prez four times, but I do think more than two terms in a row is too long.  However, I would have no problem supporting Trump for a SECOND CONSECUTIVE term if he accomplishes as much as he did during his first term before Covid hit the US.
