If the innumrable loopholes the wealthy seem to have aren't addressed tax hikes won't really solve anything. Ultimately--as it happens time and time and time again--it will get passed down to the ordinary working class who will wind up paying the freight.

And I will ask again---WHAT has this woman accomplished in her time in office other than preen for the cameras and parrot the Marxist rhetoric? Sounds more and more like your classic "champagne liberal" who lives lavishly and can do whatever they please while the peasants must obey all the rules and bow down to the lord and masters. (Take a look at the video clips of the event--why the hell was she not masked?? Only the lowly "servers" were!!)

This is exhibit A why I simply cannot get on board with the Dems--all of their leadership seems to be guilty of this--"rules for thee, but not for me." Nothing in this world is more hypocritical than a champagne liberal!!

So AOC struts around the another night at a $35,000 per person gala at the Met in her "Tax The Rich" dress---not wearing a mask, by the way. When she left the event one of the "little people" was holding the train of the dress (fully masked, BTW) as she exited preening for the cameras.

This is a woman making $174,000 a year plus perks, maybe she can start with herself regarding her "tax the rich" program. Can somebody PLEASE tell me ONE thing this bubblehead has accomplished since she got elected to Congress other than run her whiny yap nonstop and pose for the press with that horseteeth grin plastered on her mug??

PS---Found a couple great AOC jokes online:

1) AOC had a can of grapefruit juice and stared at it for hours.  It said concentrate on the side.

2) AOC was stumped sitting behind her computer--the screen said "Press any key to continue" and she couldn't find the "any" key.

She didn't pay for her ticket, so no $35,000.
The dress was a loaner, just like the designer dresses actresses wear to the Oscars.
Yes, she was criticized but also got a TON of publicity for her message.
Don't you want the rich to pay their fair share?

First, I'm not sure you assume the Dems won't try to close loopholes. In fact, that's exactly what they're trying to do.
As for AOC, I give her credit for her strong beliefs, not all of which I agree with. But I'll take her any day of Trump and his cronies, who have looted the country and we're still waiting for any of it to trickle down.

If the Dems TRULY want to give guys like me (a regular working guy) a better overall standard of living I would go all in with them. But I have this very queasy feeling in the gut that we're looking at a Jimmy Carter-era replay (if not worse)---and that was a VERY tough era economically.  High unemployment, stagnant wages, high cost of living---I sure as hell don't want that time to come back!!

The older I get--the more i want small government--not a big, bloated nanny state government. Ronald Reagan said it best:

"Government is not the answer to our problems"
"Government IS the problem"

Man I believe that more and more--let people live--"life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness."

Just a caviar Con (or any Con, actually).

Poor guy's head will explode....it's bad enough he's having a meltdown over AOC....lol

Have to say she still has it, to draw the ire of the republicans...and the whole "What has she done", well she's one of the 218 who voted for the CARES Act, part 2 the one with no republican support. And I don't have a list but I'm sure she voted on alot of measures that were and are held up in the Senate. Look she's one of 218 votes on the House Dems side. She isn't the sole vote who can decide anything, no one in the House has that kinda of power.
So, channel your fear, she won't hurt you...can't believe you guys are still afraid of her....lol
TAX THE RICH...SOCIALISM....!!!....lol
