Mueller could not prove CONSPIRACY (a crime) but documented extensive COLLUSION (not a crime). Trump campaign manager Manafort ILLEGALLY gave campaign info to the Russians who used it to attack the US election. Manafort was indicted on NUMEROUS charges, pled guilty to some and was convicted of others.
