Will @realhypocriteickypus say anything about brokebackstabber posting a link that goes back 17 years? Will pus have a shit fit and whine, cry and wet himself over it as he does when a righty posts something that old, or will pus be silent because brokebackstabber is a rabid radical lefty extremist hack like pus is?

...to obtain an indictment.  Only the prosecution gets to present evidence to the grand jury.  And all the prosecution has to do is show there was probable cause that the crime was committed.  Only when it goes to trial does the prosecution have to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.

 
Trump wanted to indict Senators Mark Kelly, Elissa Slotkin and four other ham sandwiches for seditious conspiracy because they made a PSA telling soldiers they do not have to obey unlawful orders.

   
The grand jury refused to return indictments as to all six Congressman.  They found there was no probable cause that the six Dems committed seditious conspiracy.  OH FOR SIX!!!!!  The grand jury shoved those six ham sandwiches back up Trump's ass.  That's how fucking stupid Trump is!!!  But you fucking morons keep sucking his dick.

At least Halligan was able to mesmerize a grand jury into indicting James and Comey although both cases were embarrassingly dismissed, because she was illegally appointed to her position by Trump via Bondi.

Maybe she should have tried to indict the sandwich and not the man who threw it. If convicted, the sandwich's lawyer should argue the need to avoid cruel and unusual punishment of the sandwich by sentencing it to become prison food.
