Since January, Mr. Trump has fired three officials at that agency, including a board member, effectively stalling the board’s ability to rule on cases. Until Mr. Trump nominates new members, cases that need a ruling by the board cannot move forward, according to the agency."

This reads like an op-ed with a lot of facts, but the author draws the wrong conclusions. Musk will have no interaction with the regulators specifically investigating him. That said, I’m very familiar with his beef with the FAA vs SpaceX, and I’m pretty sure that that action will be dropped by the new administration, as it was senseless and appeared very arbitrary (i.e. Biden initiated retribution).
But look at the bigger picture. We are on the precipice of reimagining what everyone believed to be an unmovable bureaucracy. Seize the day! If it doesn’t work, the Democrats have opportunities in future election cycles to fix it.
Then the Biden Administration tried to use lawfare against him just like they did against Trump.
