Why doesn't the Haitian government just raise the minimum wage? I doubt there are too many rascally Republicans over there to keep people poor. They should just raise the minimum wage and wipe out poverty in Haiti for good!

Obviously if you know history you would not have written all that garbage that the "powers that be" in this country try to sell to the uninformed public.

 
So, you need to do some research on who stole Haiti's wealth,their independence from France ,and what role America played in their impoverishment .
