Oh just as information (which you probably already know) naturalized citizens can be denaturalized but it's not an easy process. It would have to be shown that they intentionally lied when applying.
The Trump administration's proposed visa rules, mandating that one provide five years of social media accounts and lots of other invasive information, likely will decrease the number of ladies willing to come to the USA for business. Has anyone noticed much of a change already?
Easy to bypass, just don't bring a phone and purchase a prepaid one in the states...
I only know of one woman who visits DC from another country and she was just here a week or two ago.
Other than her I don't know of any others - just a few Thai girls here on student visas.
I live in PanamĂĄ and am currently in DC for the second time in 2 months, so now you know two ladies who visit from another country.đ
But Iâm a US citizen traveling on a US passport so this particular thing wouldnât deploy to me⊠Yet. Just like this particular thing doesnât apply to the rest US citizensâŠyet.
If they can figure out how to deport both birthright and naturalized citizens to random countries, you can bet your ass theyâre gonna try this kind of monitoring shit with citizens eventually.
Well I still only know one but now I know OF two lol.
By the way I just looked at your profile and apparently one recent client wasn't impressed with you lol. I'm guessing based on your other reviews that this guy has major issues.
I appreciate you letting us know that you come to the DC area!
Itâs my bad for venturing into these trepid waters without perfectly defined and nuanced verbiage. Thanks for taking it easy on me.đ Yes, sir, youâre correct. You currently âknow ofâ two ladies, but actually only âknowâ one.
Jeebus. There are separate verbs for this in Spanish. OMG⊠But did my brain actually (and accidentally) work in Spanish instead of English this time?đłđ
Oh, and update on the fake review shit⊠TER was much more prompt than the last time in removing that garbage. Yay them!
I wish that I was on the Provider board so that I could hear the real story. My money is that he demanded a free upgrade and you stood your ground and that's why he had a hissy fit. I'm sorry that you dealt with that. We're dealing with a real drought in the Charlotte/ Raleigh area. It's a purple state and good money here. You should consider North Carolina on your next trip!
Best,
Katie
Then there is only the âreal storyâ that I was not in the country during the time the person said they saw me. And I have the passport stamps to prove it. The fake review was just a hit piece - the second in four weeks. My guess is thatâs itâs due to the existing order of certain lists getting jostled because Iâm back from hiatusđ
Thatâs kind of you to invite me to North Carolinađ All I need is a gent to extend a proper invite! (but hopefully theyâll wait for the spring when that natural disaster called âwinterâ has passed)

Itâs COLD now! But just play the âBaby, Itâs Cold Outsideâ song on repeat!

I didnât know that one particular detail defined as such, but it makes perfect sense that there would be some process in place for such a situation. Thatâs not surprising and I canât imagine anyone finding fault with that.
I think it becomes a bit more worrisome when other issues that have long been considered âsettled lawâ or whatever the terminology is for âsomething we all just fucking acceptâ are being revisited and debated as if challenging current precedent has any actual merit toward bettering human and civil rights, instead of just driving the current political agenda, with which a large portion of the country is in wholesale disagreement.
I gotta say, every time my wheels touch down there, thereâs just an energy, a pressure, a systemic tautness in that society that is almost physically palpableâŠ
Martina Navratilova became a naturalized US citizen in 1975. Because she was a big celeb and politically more lefty than righty, and she came "out" publicly as lesbian, I think it was either Reagan or Bush who wanted her investigated to be removed. One question was whether she lied on her visa or citizenship applications. It turns out that she did report her sexuality on the declaration forms and did NOT lie about it. And she is back in the news in 2025:

Tennis legend Martina Navratilova fears losing US citizenship amid Donald Trumpâs immigration crackdown. [June 2025]
.
"In a stunning revelation, tennis legend Martina Navratilova has voiced fears that her American citizenship, held proudly for nearly 45 years, could be at risk amid the sweeping immigration crackdown spearheaded by former President Donald Trump. The 68-year-old, who dazzled the world with her powerful forehand and unmatched agility on the grass courts of Wimbledon, spoke candidly about the precarious situation during an interview with BBCâs Amol Rajan. ...

"There should be no bullying": Martina Navratilova again calls for no trans athletes in women's tennis. [June 2025]
.
"Former world number one Martina Navratilova has once again raised concerns about the participation of transgender athletes in womenâs tennis. There has been a lot of discussion about whether transwomen should be allowed to participate in womenâs sports. Navratilova has remained consistent in her point of view that womenâs tennis, in particular, and womenâs sports, in general, should not have athletes who can be classified as biological males. The 68-year-old expressed those opinions on various platforms, as well as in her posts on social media, especially on X. Those concerns were also shared by authorities in the United Kingdom, who last year banned transgender athletes from participating in womenâs tennis events in the future. ..."

What a conundrum for MAGAs and ultra-Progressives. She is anti-Trump but also against transgender athletes in W sports. How many heads will explode over that? I wonder what her position is on women pastors?

I don't think that's the case or something US citizens need to be concerned with at home. This isn't new, England already bans people for their opinions and views. I see the administration using this to curtail those that hate the west from becoming citizens or perhaps entering the USA all together.
Iâm somewhat concerned that TSA might randomly check someone phone depending on where they live, where theyâre traveling from and to.Blue state, red state etc etc..
Like it wouldnât surprise me at all if this came to fruition.
....had "right wingers" on their no fly list based on what their social media posting were like or when we were being DE platformed across the spectrum a few years back. Prior to Musk buying X, I really don't recall any pushback from the left whatsoever on how a person's conveyed beliefs or opinions were used against them by gov entities, lenders, insurance adjusters etc. Now it's an issue, lol.
Amen to that!
The way this administration is shipping/deporting its legal citizens⊠yeah I can see this
And TSA is giving ICE a passage list⊠so traveler beware
But nowâs itâs okâŠSMH
