As far as I know, the Constitution of the Federative Republic of Brazil is not the same as the US Constitution. When there is a dispute in Brazil, it goes to the courts of Brazil (not the US) and is judged under the laws of Brazil (not the US). Musk has gone to court won some cases and lost some others. He is now defying the court rulings and the court issued additional rulings consequent to those deliberate failures to comply. (Cf., non-compliance for other reasons: "As ordered, I completed form 123 and had my signature notarized and I was going to turn it in on time but ... a squirrel ate my homework.")

...UNANIMOUSLY another Supreme Court justice's decision.  Musk has the key to unlock his own jail cell, as it were.  All Musk has to name a local legal representative, AS REQUIRED BY LAW.  The judge warned Trump in advance that X would be suspended if Musk did not name a legal representative.  Like Trump, Musk flouted the law and failed and refused, and continues to fail and refuse to name a legal representative.  X will stay suspended until Musk complies with with the judge's orders and pays outstanding fines that as of last week exceeded $3 million.
