ABC and Georgie were forced to agree to pay ….15 million plus 1 million in attorney fees. What forced them to pay is the fact that they would have had to tell the truth ( the horror of ABC and Georgie telling the truth) at a deposition and then in court, for all to hear, then probably being forced to pay more.
And to call it a donation is totally dishonest because without the lawsuit no payment would ever be made by ABC or Georgie.

ABC rushed to settle after the judge allowed the deposition of Georgie. It turns out his producer told him several times not to use the word rape. That is devastating to the case.
