Texas measles vaccinations up by 15,000 from last year. Measles cases up 242%. Odd, eh? Well what if you found out that the measles virus in the vaccine was manipulated in a lab to become more virulent? And once administered the virus can shed. As in someone who’s vaccinated can shed the measles virus to someone else, making another person sick with measles.

I googled “Reagan vaccine indemnification”. This is the AI overview I got back.

“In 1986, President Ronald Reagan signed the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act (NCVIA), which established the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP), a no-fault system to compensate individuals injured by vaccines, aiming to ensure a stable vaccine supply and protect manufacturers from liability.

Here's a more detailed explanation:
The Problem:
Before the NCVIA, lawsuits against vaccine manufacturers and healthcare providers threatened to cause vaccine shortages and reduce vaccination rates, potentially leading to a resurgence of vaccine-preventable diseases.

The Solution:
The NCVIA created the VICP, a federal program that provides compensation to people who are injured by certain vaccines.

How it Works:
The VICP is a no-fault system, meaning that individuals injured by vaccines can receive compensation without having to prove negligence or wrongdoing on the part of the manufacturer or healthcare provider.

Individuals, or their legal representatives, can file a petition with the U.S. Court of Federal Claims to seek compensation.
The program covers a range of vaccines, including those for diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, measles, mumps, rubella, polio, hepatitis A, hepatitis B, varicella, and others.

Purpose of the NCVIA:
To ensure a stable supply of vaccines.
To provide a cost-effective and accessible forum for individuals injured by vaccines.
To protect vaccine manufacturers from potentially crippling lawsuits.

Key Features of the VICP:
No-fault system: Compensation is based on injury, not fault.
Federal program: Administered by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
Specific vaccines covered: The program covers a defined list of vaccines.
Compensation: Covers medical expenses, lost wages, and other damages.

Significance:
The VICP has been credited with stabilizing the vaccine supply and encouraging the development of new vaccines”

*******

So since the taxpayers will always bail out vaccine manufacturers, they have no incentive to make sire their vaccines don’t kill people.

Willy quotes some of the justifications:
- "to ensure a stable vaccine supply"
- "lawsuits against vaccine manufacturers and healthcare providers threatened to cause vaccine shortages and reduce vaccination rates, potentially leading to a resurgence of vaccine-preventable diseases. "
- "To ensure a stable supply of vaccines."
- "stabilizing the vaccine supply and encouraging the development of new vaccines"
.
but also ignores that:
- the programs are meant to keep people from "having to seek compensation by themselves through costly and uncertain procedures."
- ***** pharmaceutical companies may be sued for negligence or misconduct. *****
.
The law was passed by Congress and signed by Reagan TO PROTECT THE TAXPAYERS AGAINST INFECTIOUS DISEASES which is why it is funded by taxpayers.

So since the taxpayers will always bail out vaccine manufacturers, they have no incentive to make sire their vaccines don’t kill people.
The vaccine manufacturers can still be sued or charged with crimes for fraud, negligence, or misconduct.

Taxpayers pay for safer roads, safer bridges, water purification and waste treatment, ... because it is in the public interest to do so.

Let’s run a thought experiment. Suppose automobile companies didn’t have to pay for lawsuits when they build an unsafe car? Then what would he the financial incentive for them to make a car that was safe? That financial incentive would be ZERO.

The same thing is happening here. If Ford told the government that the taxpayers have to pay for all our lawsuits for unsafe cars then we can’t make cars anymore, then you’d get unsafe cars. Just like you get unsafe vaccines.

If you put an attenuated virus in a vaccine you don’t get enough response from the immune system to set it’s efficacy high enough to get FDA approval. How do you increase efficacy? You add a small amount of POISON to the vaccine to get a reliably high reaction and immune response. Make the taxpayers foot the bill for that lawsuits that come from paying injuries to people for ingesting POISON, and you have a fool proof business model and a whole lot of very sick Americans.

Vaccines, as they now stand, in this legal environment, should be completely banned.

PS: I've been vaccinated dozens of times for the flu, three times for Pneumonia, five times for Covid, once for RSV, a few times for Shingles plus a few more.
I had no bad reactions, such a mild case of Covid it was like a two-day mild cold and such mild case of Shingles I just had mild soreness and didn't even get a rash.
PPS: You're nuts. Anyone who takes seriously a word you say is a fool.

Patients have become seriously ill from just a flu vaccine alone. It's caused the same sodium channel disruptions I've been talking about as well as kidney failure. You have no idea if any of these vaccines haven't caused these kind of disruptions. It's caused everything from paralysis to floaters in a person's eyes.
