Globalization has been happening for centuries.....in its current iteration for the last 30+ years. Given how the world is connected especially in cyberspace, it is deglobalization and protectionism that is unsustainable. Come on Willy you're smarter than that. Stop trolling us.

And just like that markets are back.  What a stupid filthy fucking cunt.  It'll be a few more days and the inept incompetence will do something fucking stupid AGAIN to cause more volatility.  

 
Trump says he's backing off on his initial reciprocal tariff plans.
He announced on Wednesday that reciprocal tariffs would drop to 10% for 90 days.
Trump also said that tariffs on Chinese goods would increase to 125%.

 
Trump took the off-ramp.

Jamie Dimon's comments seemingly really got to Trump so that is a good thing. The bond market was going haywire as well. Numerous Rs, both publicly and privately I am sure, convinced Trump of a U-turn. Let's hope he continues with a more sane policy moving forward. The chaos he created needs to stop.

The USA will not remain a superpower if globalization continues. We can’t keep selling out our own country and sending our wealth to China and remain a superpower. Trump is the only President that has the balls to fix this. And he’s doing an amazing job.
