The first rule of practicing medicine ethically is “First, do no harm.” For years the left was able to get the medical establishment to throw that rule out the window in order to comply with their confused and deranged views of transgenders.  

 
It makes no sense to mutilate a person’s genitals on the pretense that you’re helping them. It would be as barbaric as giving someone a lobotomy to treat depression.  

 
What is particularly vile in this whole awful episode is that “transgender” is an umbrella term to describe multiple different conditions, that have multiple causes and treatment options.  

 
During pregnancy certain conditions can favor male or female offspring. A comfortable pregnancy will favor male offspring while a stressful pregnancy will favor female offspring. The evolutionary explanation for this is beyond the scope of this post, but it stems from the Trivers-Willard hypothesis.

If at a certain point during pregnancy that conditions change (comfortable to stressful or vice versa), the offspring can become transgender. By transgender this typically just means an effeminate man or a masculine woman. Sometimes these individuals were just gay.  

 
There’s other various medical conditions, like androgen insensitivity syndrome, where a person is male, but male hormones doesn’t affect them.  

 
Then there’s cross dressers, men who just have a sexual fetish. These are often men who fantasize about themselves in the female form and being able to fuck themselves.  

 
And then most of those who call themselves trans are just impressible girls who are playing make believe.  

 
All these groups can benefit greatly through cognitive behavioral therapy. None of them would be benefited by hacking off their junk. A practice so barbaric it’s on par with the crimes of totalitarian regimes.  

 
Much of this madness came out of feminist blank slate delusions, that the notion that there is no biological differences between men and women, and the only differences we can see is based upon social conditioning. If only the 20th’s Century’s feminists had been required to take an introductory course in biology, we could have avoided this whole awful nightmare.
