Couldn't get to the cite, but I am curious. Does it include those employed by fed, state, and local governments.  

In not, and it is 130 million covered by private, if you add in government covered - a huge number -and self-employed, like yours truly, this isn't that bad.

That's less than 1/2 of America. The rest of us are on our own through private plans or un-insured.

And you don't think we have a problem?

You left out some very large groups. What about the millions on Medicare, all those military on active duty, and their families, retired military, and their families, covered by the DOD, and those veterans getting health care through the VA? If you're going to start something, at least think beforehand.
