They have no need to travel overseas, and besides, if they did, do you really think that a foreign government or any entity would even attempt to arrest or cause harm to any of them, do you really think that is even a remote possibility.   Can you really be that fucking stupid.

Yeah some clown put out a bogus warrant, Big Fucking Deal, with the kind of security they would be traveling with it would not happen.
Besides it is a meaningless warrant. It would be like someone putting out a warrant on you for being stupid, no one is going to arrest you for that.
