The NY State assembly has 150 members..It would take a majority of 76 to impeach..80 have already stated they would..Then it goes to the Senate where a 2/3 majority is needed to convict..Since most are Democrats it would be a little tougher to remove him..

It will be interesting to see how the White House handles messaging on the NY AG’s report

The Cons ignored all the evidence against both Stump & Kavanaugh in their sexual misconduct allegations.  I recall those women were only believed by the Democrats.  "Witch hunt!", cried the Cons.  I'm not surprised at all that when a Democrat is accused of inappropriate conduct, you Cons bend your Slinky spines 180 degrees in the other direction.

I don't own the Cons in this matter, but the Cons do own its hypocrisy.

This is a good example of the Dem double standard when it comes to sexual harassment.  They wanted Trump gone over mere allegations without an investigation, and they wanted Kavanaugh gone even after the FBI investigated and cleared him, but here is Cuomo, with much of the evidence caught on video, and an AG report that shows he is guilty, and the Libs want him to stay in power.  Cuomo should at least be forced to turn in his toupee.

Biden calls for Cuomo's resignation.  This puts the Libs here in a tough spot.  Which side are they coming down on?  Cuomo, the sexual harasser, or Biden the hypocrite sexual harasser?

That's being a leader and voicing what he thinks...This was NEVER done in the last 4 years. Or has it?? Refresh our memories.

Now go back and manufacture another theory about how liberals will defend him to the end. As usual, don't worry about the facts.

Back when Nick was calling for Cuomo’s resignation, the White House took a wait and see approach. Now that the damning evidence is in, Biden’s on board for a Cuomo exit.

Will Cuomo resign and go away quietly, or fight for his job in an impeachment trial?

What a craven turd is our Chickenshit.
And now he wants me to answer another question.
Fat chance.
Go pound sand, Chickenshit.

No moving the goalposts here, dumbshit. Merely acknowledging that you were right, and opening an opportunity to continue the conversation.

As this story moves forward, you’re honestly so stupid as to think Cuomo’s impeachment won’t be a topic of discussion here?

Who the fuck said I think Cuomo's impeachment won't be a topic of conversation here?
You need to turn in your GED in Reading Comprehension 101.

Just another pussy grabber..

in my day, but I wait for them to take their pants off.  Then they don't complain about it.

...he campaigned for her and held fundraisers for her.  Yet she still had no qualms about dropping the hammer on Cuomo.  She won't have the least bit of hesitation about going after Trump.

The one thing odd about the press conference was her declaration that he violated state law, but she’s not going to press charges.  Not familiar with NY law. Does Cuomo enjoy executive immunity from prosecution? Is impeachment the only remedy?
