Back to my point your mentally compromised President who should resign for MULTIPLE reasons did not create this alliance. He showed up bumbled through the public appearance stood there for photos all the while his staff was PRAYING slow Joe didn’t “fuck it up!”

Japan and S. Korea are allies of the U.S.  However, there has been tension between Japan and S. Korea because of the occupation of Korea by Japan from 1910 to 1945.  The Japanese forced tens of thousands of Korean women into sexual slavery in military brothels.  Japan used the euphemism "comfort women" to refer to the Korean women.

 
On January 1, 1992,  Japanese Prime Minister Kiichi Miyazawa apologized from the bottom of his heart and expressed remorse for the treatment of the comfort women.  Despite the apology and successful lawsuits by comfort women against Japan, tensions remained.  It took Real Leader Joe to bring the two countries together at Camp David.  What a great President!  What a great man!

Because there wasn't any. Well, at least not enough to affect the outcome. If not then why did more than 60 Trump law suits about the election fail? And many failed in front of judges appointed by Trump. So were they corrupt? Those suits presented no evidence. Because there was none.

leaders each answered questions from the press for 30 minutes each, Biden just sat there with a silly grin on his face while the press asked him the questions.  Since he probably didn't even write the prepared statement, how was he supposed to answer any questions?  He didn't have a clue afterward what he even said.

that Korea and Japan were close allies before this summit?  They only showed up to have a presser with Biden because he makes other leaders look a lot smarter compared to him, especially in answering questions from the press.  If you ask Biden whether China or NK is a bigger threat in the Pacific region, his answer will be, "Is it time for ice cream yet?"

Korea and Japan have not been close because of the Japanese occupation of Korea from even before WWII. As a result they have never concluded this kind of alliance before.

Having lived in both countries more than once, I think I can make that determination.
Allies now? Only because they have both had their arms twisted into this deal.  

Also Slow Joe didn’t incept this nor put it together. On a moment to moment basis Joe Biden barely knows where he is at let alone is dreaming up alliances!

I there is a reasonable belief on the part of the speaker that it's true, then it could also be an assumption, a speculation or merely that someone is misinformed.  You play the "lying" card way too much and it just makes you look more like a partisan hack.  I have often called people here misinformed when they say things that are not true because, to be fair, I don't know if they really believe some the Democrati leftie bullshit they parrot, or not.  Likewise, just because YOU believe the leftie talking points does not make someone else who does not believe them a liar.  They just have a different perspective on the facts than you do.

considering the hookers he sees.  He should have his tech guys Google "comfort women."  The Japanese occupation of Korea could very well still have an impact on Korean women today.  It's a fact that 'Korean' is the only ethnicity that has its very own discussion board.  Think about that, McNulty! whose grandmothers were comfort women during the Japanese occupation.  I've also met hundreds who were half Japanese and half Korean because in the last 50 years, these two nations have been close allies against the common enemies of NK and China and international marriages are the norm.  The Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor, too, but does that mean as a kid, you never owned a $10 Sony transistor radio?  Germany and UK were enemies in TWO world wars, but today they are both NATO allies and pledged to defend each other if attacked.  Not everyone carries a grudge handed down by their ancestors.  If that was the case, blacks in America would still be segregated.  People evolve to become enlightened and move past the prejudices of their forefathers.  If you think there is animosity left over from WWII between Korea and Japan, then you have not visited either country recently.
