You can read his manisfesto in full here:

http://atltomgirl.wordpress.com/tag/christopher-donner/

I gotta say, he goes on quite a bit about the actors, TV news people, and musicians he likes. He even has a paragraph for the women he thinks are hot.

I noticed he even named dropped Isabella Soprano from HBO's Cathouse. Isn't it fun when a serial killer talks about a provider turned porn star?

He does go on quite a bit about gun control too. But he also seems to be a fan of Chris Christie.

I would sum it up like this: This guy is obviously very dangerous and very crazy. But he's made some serious accusations against the LAPD, and I'm sure that's gonna ruffle some features.

And as manisfestos from serial killers go, his was pretty boring read.

:::shrugs:::

1.  "The question is, what would you do to clear your name ?

2.   Romney, stop being a sore loser .

3.  Gov. Chris Christie. What can I say? You're the only person I would like to see in the White House in 2016 other than Hillary. You're America's no shit taking uncle. Do one thing for your wife, kids, and supporters. Start walking at night and eat a little less, not a lot less, just a little.

4.It's kind of sad I won't be around to view and enjoy The Hangover III. What an awesome trilogy.

5.Chris Matthews, Joe Scarborough, Pat Harvey, Brian Williams, Soledad Obrien, Wolf Blitzer, Meredith Viera, Tavis Smiley, and Anderson Cooper, keep up the great work and follow Cronkite's lead

6.Westboro Baptist Church, may you all burn slowly in a fire, not from smoke inhalation, but from the flames and only the flames.

7.Cyclist, I have no problem sharing the road with you. But, at least go the fucking speed limit posted or get off the road!!!

8.If you continuously followed me while I was walking at dusk/night I would confront you as well. Too bad Trayvon didn't smash your skull completely open, Zim.

9.Chick Fil-A has a right to voice their beliefs as well. That's what makes America so great. Freedom of expression.  They make some damn good chicken!

10.   After viewing Django Unchained, I was sold. "

People that knew him and neighbor thought he was ok.
He served well in the military and the police while it lasted.
Even now I don't fear him. He is not after us. But probably would act crazy if accosted.
He won't get to see "The Hangover III"

Mein, as you know, I do have some background in psychology, and I also understand very well what LSD does when it's administered to a human being.

A lot of the concepts you see in the movies of being able to "program" people is nothing more than fantasy. The human brain is simply too complex.

While I have no doubt that administering LSD to someone without them knowing it would screw up their day, that would only be a surprise 1 time. All those other tests you mentioned, would have just left the vast majority of people with post traumatic stress disorder.

LSD is a wonderful drug. The first time I took it I spent a day thinking the bumble bees that were digging into my deck were butterflies, and I kept trying to convince others that we could see our reflection in the headlights of a parked SUV.

When I was waiting for it to kick in, I was watching the film, The Others. I kept thinking, "Nicole Kidman is REALLY FUCKING HOT!" And then her face melted. The furniture started walking around like horses, and everyone was afraid to use the microwave because we were convinced it would launch a nuclear weapon.

LSD is one hell of a drug. But when you sober up from it, it's just like anything else. You're now sober, and not particularly inclined to do anything different than you did before.

There was a story I heard in high school that some drug dealer was out in the Mojave shipping crystalized LSD. You would put one crystal in a gallon of water and use an eye dropper to place a drop or two on paper. Some nosy cop busts the guy, and not knowing what the crystals were, licked his finger, stuck his finger in the crystals and tasted them, getting the equivolent dose of 2-5 gallons of LSD. The story goes they found the cop a week later, roaming the desert, screaming at the sun. I have no doubt that this never happened.

Administering such levels of LSD the way you describe, would certainly cause severe PTSD. It would mimick the experience one might have if they were schizophrenic.

But let me tell ya, what you see in the movies as far as hypnosis goes, is a complete fantasy. Scratch everything you think you know about hypnosis, because it's all bunk. People under hypnosis are just very relaxed. Their defensive walls come down, and they have more ability to talk about things that have disturbed them in the past. You can't control people with hypnosis. Perhaps you can if the subject believes they can be controlled, but that's the same as the placebo effect. It's not much different getting a good drunk on and spilling your guts about your problems.

People simply can't be programmed. Look at how much we've tried this just to solve addiction. You can't program addiction out of people, and you certainly can't program them to be serial killers.

You can't appreciate just how complex the brain is. One can disect a heart and understand how it pumps blood. You can't disect a brain and figure out how it creates an emotion as complex as love, anger, or fear.

You can torture people, and totally destroy them. You can intensionally give a captive person Stockholm syndrome. But you can't subject someone to LSD and torture and expect them to be a functional human being capable of going on killing sprees.

Such torture will do a lot of things to a person, but if anything, it would make them less capable of carrying out the acts that Donner has taken.

My guess is that this guy got a lot of training in the military and on the police force, and since he's now in his early 30's, he may be coming down with paranoid schizophrenia. Schizophrenia typically first manisfests itself when a person is in their 30's.

and making fun of people will not turn them into the Unibomber. Having such a harsh reaction to that is a sign that said person was disturbed to begin with.

By the way, there is a wide ranging philosophy among the more radical fringe of the environmental movement that is nearly identical to the Unibomber's beliefs.

You linked to a copy of the Unabomber manifesto, willy.  In all of the coverage that was devoted to Ted Kaczynski and his career as a letter bombing, Luddite nihilist there was little to no mention made of the most significant aspect of the case by the corporate press.

As an undergraduate student at Harvard, Kaczynski volunteered as a subject in a CIA-funded, MKUltra mind-control project.

The development and applications of mind control is one of those endlessly deep subjects extending very long tentacles through many aspects of historical and present day events.  MKUltra had about 140-150 known sub-projects.  Nobody knows what all those project entailed, nor if that is the total number or a mere subtotal.  This ueber-covert, "Top Secret" program began under CIA sponsorship around 1947 and was, initially conducted using the research protocols designed by former Nazi scientists recruited by the CIA for this purpose as part of Operation Paperclip soon after the end of WW2.

As briefly as it is possible to describe, the mind-control was induced and maintained by what is referred to as trauma-based programming. The modalities used to afect this programming involved the participation of young children, along with what could most accurately be described as torture and verbal and sexual abuse, along with the surreptitious administration of LSD, sensory deprivation, isolation, and hypnosis.

According to documents relating to MKUltra which surfaced during congressional hearings in 1970 and 1977, there were between 2,000,000 to 10,000,000 children subjected to this "training."  MKUltra was ''officially halted'' by the CIA in 1973.  It was found that the research was conducted at 80 different institutions in America, including 44 colleges and universities along with various prisons, hospitals and pharmaceutical companies.

Along with Kaczynski, some of the more notable alumni involved in the project as admitted subjects are people with names like writer Ken Kesey, and Boston mobster Whitey Bulger.  Dr. Timothy Leary became famous as the result of his work as a MKUltra-sponsored researcher who conducted his experiments upon unwitting Harvard undergraduates.   Other people who have demonstrated a high likelihood of having been subjects/victims of MKUltra include Lee Harvey Oswald, Sirhan Sirhan, James Earl Ray, and Rev Jim Jones.

The CIA claims that the program ended in 1973, but there is no reason not to believe that it does not still continue to this day with a new set of even more sophisticated methods known by a different set of acronyms.  I suspect that psychoactive pharmaceuticals are now in vogue in these programs (more than LSD).  By virtue of their life history, and family/career contacts an additional cast of characters in the mind control saga should include names like Mark David Chapman, Jon Benet Ramsey, John Hinckley, Jr., Dylan Klebold, David Berkowitz, Charles Manson, James Holmes, and Cho-Seung Hui.

And now, Christopher Dorner?

...since we've been talking about acid.

Yeh, you can make people react a certain way if ya want. For instance, I could say, "Don't think of an elephant." In saying this, you just thought of an elephant. Big deal.

Sam Harris, best known for being a vocal atheist, but is a man who studies the human mind, has argued that human beings aren't actually capable of free will. That our consciousness is how we observe the world, but observe is all we can do. We aren't actually in the driver's seat.

So, on some level, you could say that you're not even capable of controlling yourself, much less someone else controlling you.

It's not unusual for mentally ill people to become fixated on certain people. Celebrities. Rock stars. Politicians. I've met more than one paranoid schizophrenic who was convinced that some famous person was controlling them, or trying to kill them. Hell, idolizing particular people is commonplace even with people with borderline personality disorder.

It's not a surprise to me that certain mentally ill people like Hinckley might try to assassinate a politician. But that doesn't mean the CIA was behind it.

You have again entered fantasy land. Because you are  psychotic does not mean you have background in psychology, just like Walter-Jeffiepuke-Mitty is not a doctor.
