If you are able to read beyond the headline -- maybe you didn't read anything but got the 5 second soundbite from Fox or OAN -- you would know that the indictments were NOT thrown out and that there is still a path forward for Justice.

If you could read beyond the "but Trump-ism" maybe you too would understand- the rest of the story.....
The indictments may not have been thrown out (yet) but the point here is the extremely crooked Fani Willis, who has NO business in public office, will not cheat and lie her way through court proceedings. An actual qualified fair DA will hopefully be appointed.  
The Fulton County appeals court is not stupid. It's NO secret that Fani Willis is as crooked as they come. GA does not want that idiot in the spotlight any longer.  

She (Willis) was voted in again this term by the black community of Fulton County Georgia who had no interest in a white republican woman replacement. That's just how that County is.

now to determine if and where it will go forward.  Fani's entire office was disqualified, so I believe it must be assigned to another County within the State, but the question is, "does anyone else want it?"

Yes, the indictments remain (for now). But that’s like stating that a patient has a beating heart without mentioning that the patient is on life support and the medical proxies are deciding whether to pull the plug or not.
