States don't have to allocate all votes to the winning candidate, and in fact Nebraska and Maine allocate somewhat proportionally. However most states realize that allocating proportionally dilutes their influence.
Seriously?
...without even thinking about it. What am I saying - you're incapable of independent thought and critical thinking.
First of all, dumbass, I bet you didn't even know what country was represented by the other flag? It was India, jackass. And I also bet you didn't know that India's elections are SIX WEEKS LONG, not one day as in California.
California sends vote-by-mail ballots to ALL registered voters and it takes longer to count votes by mail than in-person voting. Vote-by-mail ballots take longer to process than those cast in person because election officials must check for duplicate ballots, verify signatures and sometimes remake ballots that have been been flattened, damaged or marked improperly.
California allows mail-in ballots be received seven days after an election as long as they are postmarked by Election Day.
California law gives election officials 30 days after election date to complete vote count, auditing and certification.
Is because Newsom wants to give Democrat operatives the opportunity to see who the voters are that did not send in their mail-in ballots. In one County, the Republican House candidate is leading by 3000+ votes, but there are 7000+ mal-in ballots that have not been returned, and there is a record of who these non-voters are. This gives Dems a week to go knocking on doors and harvest enough ballots after the fact to allow the Democrat to overtake the Republican. All they have to do is stamp the envelope with a fake cancelation stamp that says it was mailed on election day. California is the most corrupt state in the union when it comes to elections, starting with "no ID required to vote" and finishing with ballot harvesting.
Why does the U.S. continue to use the antiquated electoral college system whereby nearly every state allocates all of their electoral college vote allotment to the candidate receiving the most popular votes instead of them being proportioned according to the results? No other country uses this system for national elections. The politicians love it because they can inundate/saturate their focus/money on a handful of swing states, while essentially ignoring the rest of the country.
and with our current state of political division and dysfunction it's impossible to pass any amendment. So we'll have the EC for the foreseeable future.
Bear in mind the EC was originally conceived as one of several methods for the then-ruling power elite to keep direct power from the hands of the people, The early US was very limited in its level of true democracy.

has come to fruition. Republican Incumbents Steele and Garcia were both leading after the initial vote count, and each was leading their Democratic challenger by 500-600 votes. After the ballots came in during the 7-day grace period for mail-in ballots have been counted, both of these incumbents appear to have lost their seats. The original count of everything received by election day showed a narrow margin of about 50.3 to 49.7 in both cases. Surprisingly, the late ballots were not that close. In Steele's case, ALL of the late ballots were Democrat votes, and in Garcia's case, he got about 15% of the late votes.
Can someone here tell me what the odds are of 98% of the ballots being close to a 50/50 split and the last 2% being skewed in a huge way towards the Democrat candidate? Is there anybody here who believes this result wasn't obtained by malfeasance?
California is the testing ground for Democrat dirty tricks because the Dems have complete control of the voting rules. Just to make sure this worked, Newsom signed an executive order a few weeks before the election telling poll workers they could not ask for ID's from anyone that shows up asking to vote. Since this seemed to work in this case, you will see it spreading to blue areas in other states in 2026 and 2028.
...a recount of the election showed that Coleman still beat Franken by a few hundred votes....during an 8 week legal battle, they found a box of ballots in the back seat of a car that pushed Franken ahead by a couple hundred votes. Coleman's people sued to inspect the ballots and was told to pound sand. Dem MN sec/state ran the whole dog & pony show. Franken went to DC and gave the senate the majority needed to pass obamacare.
My normal insurance covered 100% ($750 deduct pers/$1500 fam) by my employer went away and was replaced by lesser services, more taxes taken out of my check and new deductibles of $6,000 per/$10,000 family. Fortunately, I was covered for annual exams and any pre-natal and birthing costs even though I was aging out of the rearing age AND I HAVE A COCK.
Follow the law: File papers to initiate recounts. File papers to investigate voter fraud. Etc.. TER has no power over elections and vote counting and certifications. You have a complaint (voiced here). Now take it to the proper authorities in CA ... and up to SCOTUS if it goes that far.
.
Or is this just a case of, "When we win, it's fair, no recounts needed. When we lose, it's unfair and stolen."

YOU would be saying the same thing I am if ALL of the "late" votes counted were for the Republicans in a 50-50 race. I believe the candidates are doing just what you suggest, but the crazy California laws are what allows Dem operatives to get away with this. Law enforcement is controlled by the Dem politicians here, so what do you think a call for an investigation is going to solve.
With that said, I'm considering filing a complaint with the new AG, Pam Bondi, and calling for a Federal investigation. This could not only solve the problem but potentially make examples of what kinds of criminal charges could put away corrupt Dems for years in these kinds of cases.
Have to federally require paper ballots and shorter timeframe more restricted mail-in ballots and counting deadlines.
.
Otherwise they are just going to cheat and courtroom delays make it moot if they are ever caught -- people will already be sworn into office before any correction can be determined.
.
Florida, a high population state, can count all their ballots in a day. Force states to copy their method for federal elections.
You seem eager to have justice. Do you also want Bondi (or whoever the next AG is) to investigate and prosecute the FAKE ELECTORS? "This could not only solve the problem but potentially make examples of what kinds of criminal charges could put away corrupt **REPS** for years in these kinds of cases."

Don't you think Merrick Garland would have done it? You should take a Hawaiian vacation like your dream-girl did. You seem really tightly wound and more desperate than usual. It's not healthy.
Fake electors are a violation of STATE law and investigate by the STATE.
