I wonder whose blood will be on whose hands with this shooting.    The kid is white, it is rural Kentucky the stronghold of that guy who walked on stage with a rifle and the kid is not an immigrant.

Norway did have a mass shooting at it was by a right wing neo-nazi nutcase. That being said, a mass shooting is typically defined by 4 or more victims.  If you look at the USA we have one of those mass shootings almost every single day.  You'd be safer in norway.
