I am a Libertarian who has little to no respect for most politicians. If you are asking if any politician encourages anything besides peaceful protests if they should be investigated and prosecuted for any crimes committed the answer is 100% yes.
This is the same for any protestors. If they physically assaulted any police officers they should be tried and brought to justice. The same for any LE that assaulted, or killed, any civilians.
